Privacy Policy
Last updated October 23, 2026
Three Rivers AI LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates https://threeriversai.io. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain because that is how we run everything else.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and run the site:
- Information you give us. When you book a free workflow audit, send a note through the contact form, or join our email list, we collect what you enter. The workflow audit form collects your name, company, email address, phone number, the workflow you pick, your weekly volume if you give it, and what is slowing you down, plus the campaign tag of the page you came from, such as a pitch or teardown page. The contact form collects your name, phone number, email address, and your answers about how your business runs and what is eating your time. The email list collects only your email address.
- How you found us. With each form we also keep where your visit started, such as the campaign tag on the link you followed, the site that sent you, and the first page you landed on. If you came from a Google ad, we also keep the click ID Google adds to the link, so we can tell which ad led to your note.
- Contact form IP address. When we keep a copy of a contact form note in our Google Sheet, the copy includes the IP address the note came from.
- Basic usage data. Google Analytics counts visits to our pages. Before you choose anything it does this without cookies, and it records standard technical information such as your browser type, screen size, and the pages you visit. The Cookies section lists exactly what a count carries and what changes when you choose Sounds good. This helps us keep the site useful. Our hosting provider may also see technical request data needed to serve the site.
- Proposal links. If we send you a link to a proposal, we count how many times the link is opened and note when it was last opened. The count does not say who opened it, and Google Analytics does not run on those pages. It does not run on the report links we share or in the client hub either.
How we use your information
- To respond to your messages, set up your workflow audit, and follow up about your project.
- To send you one email confirming that we got your workflow audit request or your note.
- If you join our email list, to send you an occasional short email. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
We may use an AI service to help us read and sort what you send us and to research public information about your business, for example before your workflow audit.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to show you personalized ads. If you choose Sounds good, our ad measurement tells Google which of our ads led to a visit or a note, as described in the Cookies section.
Service providers
We use a small set of trusted third-party services to run the site. These providers process data on our behalf and only for the purposes described here. We share information with them only as needed to provide the service.
- Vercel hosts the site.
- Supabase stores workflow audit requests, contact form notes, and the proposals and reports we share with you.
- Resend sends our emails and keeps the email list.
- Google runs Google Analytics and measures our Google ads, as described in the Cookies section, and hosts the Google Sheet where we may keep a copy of contact form notes and email list signups.
- Anthropic provides the AI service described above.
If you pick a time through a scheduling link we send you, the booking happens on that scheduling service, under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics to count visits, and we measure our Google ads. What it can do depends on your choice on the cookie notice. Here is each step, and the full list of cookies, in plain terms:
- Before you choose. Google Analytics loads on our pages with all four of its permissions switched off: analytics storage, ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization. Google calls what it sends in that state a cookieless ping. Google says no Analytics cookies are set, accessed, or read from your device, and no new advertising cookies are written. A ping carries the full address of the page, which includes the click tag Google adds to an ad link, the page you came from, the time, your browser type and screen size, and the IP address any request on the web comes from. Google says Google Analytics does not store or log IP addresses. We use the counts to see which pages get visited.
- After you click Sounds good. We switch on analytics storage, ad storage, and ad user data. Google Analytics then sets
_gaand_ga_CRTRMTGQJM. They are first-party cookies that last about two years, and they tell us which pages people visit and whether the same browser comes back. Because ad storage is on, Google may also set advertising cookies on this site. Their names start with_gcl_or_gac_, and Google lists them as lasting 90 days. We use them to see which of our ads led to a visit or a note from you. - Your email and phone number, only after Sounds good. When you send a form and you have chosen Sounds good, we pass the email address and phone number you typed to Google’s tag, so Google can check whether one of our ads led to that form. Google hashes them. We pass nothing else from the form, and we do not store them in a cookie or in your browser for this. If you have not chosen Sounds good, we do not pass your email address or phone number to Google, and the form is counted as a plain event.
- Ad personalization is always off. Whatever you choose, we tell Google not to use your visit for personalized advertising.
- Global Privacy Control and Opt out. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, or you choose Opt out, we never load the Google Analytics tag, so nothing is counted and no Google cookie is set. The tag also never loads on proposal pages, report pages, or in the client hub.
- Keeping the site working. Session cookies that handle things like the client hub login. The site does not work without them. These are not gated by the notice.
- Counting your visits (
tra_visits), only after Sounds good. A count of your visits and the time of the last one. Expires after six months. - Remembering where you found us (
tra_source), only after Sounds good. On the first visit after you agree, we save where that visit started: the campaign tag on the link you followed, the site that sent you, the first page you landed on, the click ID Google adds to an ad link if there was one, and the date. If you later book a workflow audit, send a note through the contact form, or join the email list, that tells us which channel is worth our time. It expires after 90 days. - Your settings (
tra_pzn_notice,tra_pzn_grant,tra_pzn_optout). Cookies that remember whether you dismissed the cookie notice, clicked Sounds good, or opted out. Pages read them before the Google tag starts, which is how your choice is applied from the first page view. - This visit only. A few small values live in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, such as the campaign tag and the Google ad click ID of the link you followed, and whether you already saw the intro. They are not gated by the notice.
You can change your mind with the switch below. Turning it off is the same as Opt out: it deletes the cookies we saved, clears the Google cookies it can reach, and stops all counting. The campaign tag in your tab’s session storage stays until you close the tab. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as well, so if your browser sends it the tag stays off automatically. You can also install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings.
Google describes Consent Mode, the setting behind the first two steps, in its Analytics help and its developer guide, and lists its advertising cookies on its ad cookies page.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal or accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove what identifies you.
Your choices
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us.
- You can stop all counting and delete the cookies we can reach with the switch in the Cookies section above, or by choosing Opt out on the cookie notice. A browser that sends Global Privacy Control is treated the same way.
- You can leave the email list at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any email from the list, or email us.
Children
Our site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
