We trace one intake or certificate request from start to finish.

30 minutes, one workflow, no obligation.

Handwritten clay order sheets fan out along a counter in a quiet records room.

Where the time goes in the office

A certificate of insurance request comes in by email, then again by phone, and someone retypes the details.

The follow-up lives on a sticky note, so your insurance agency workflow depends on whoever remembers.

Meanwhile the client is waiting on an answer.

What changes in your insurance agency workflow

  • Intake without retyping

A certificate of insurance request or a new client request is captured once, so nobody types it in again.

  • Follow-up that does not rely on memory

Requests waiting on a client, a carrier or your own team get followed up, so they do not sit in an inbox or on a sticky note.

  • Your staff approve everything

Nothing goes to a client or a carrier until someone on your team has approved it.

What you get back

Intake gets done without retyping, requests get a reply sooner, and follow-up stops depending on memory. Your team spends the time on clients instead of re-entry.

Who it is for, and who it is not for

A good fit

  • Owner-run insurance agencies where the front desk and producers retype the same details.
  • Agencies that handle certificate of insurance requests and new client requests by email and phone.
  • Agency owners who want AI to take the retyping off the team, not replace the team.

Not a fit

  • You want to replace your current software. We build on the systems your agency already runs.
  • You want anything sent to a client or carrier without your staff seeing it first. Your staff approve everything that goes out.
  • You want help selling or placing coverage. We build the workflow your team uses, not the insurance.

Questions

What does it cost?
The workflow audit is free. If it makes sense to go further, the next step is a Shop Map, which is paid and credited in full toward the build. The build is quoted after the audit, so you see the price before anything is built.
Do I need new software?
We build on the systems your agency already runs, so you are not asked to replace them.
Who owns it?
You do. You keep the accounts, the data and control. Your staff approve everything that goes to a client or carrier, and your team stays in control of every reply.
Where do you work?
In person in Western Pennsylvania, in Pittsburgh and Erie. Everywhere else, we work remotely.
What happens on the audit call?
The call is free and takes 30 minutes. It covers one workflow: we trace one intake or certificate request from start to finish, from the first email or call to the follow-up, and note where it gets retyped or stalls. You get one page back showing where it slips. No obligation.

“I trusted Three Rivers AI with my first project as a new hire at my current position. Risky? Maybe, but they exceeded all of my expectations and did an unbelievable job in creating our software. I plan to do a lot more work with Ethan and his team. They made me look like a hero!”
