We look at how calls reach you today and where they get lost.

30 minutes, one workflow, no obligation.

Where the calls go

You are on a job when the phone rings, and you cannot pick up.

A missed call that never gets a text back or a call back can be a job that goes to the next company on the list.

After hours it is the same, and the calls wait until morning.

What Front Desk does

  • Answers missed and after-hours calls

When you are on a job or the office is closed, Front Desk answers the call for your HVAC, plumbing, electrical or roofing company.

  • Books the visit

Front Desk books the visit, so a call turns into a job on your schedule instead of a note on your desk.

  • Follows up the same day

Front Desk follows up on every lead the same day, so nobody is left waiting on you.

What you get back

More of your calls get answered, more visits get booked, and every lead hears back the same day. After-hours calls get answered too, so Monday morning is not when you find out what you missed. Live in 7 to 14 days.

Who it is for, and who it is not for

A good fit

  • Owner-run HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing companies in Western PA.
  • Electricians, plumbers and roofers who miss calls while they are on a job.
  • Shops that get calls after hours and on weekends and have no one to take them.
  • Owners who want to stay in control of every price and every reply.

Not a fit

  • You are shopping on price alone. Front Desk is built around your shop, so it starts with a conversation, not a price list.
  • Your customers rarely call. Front Desk is for shops where the phone is how work arrives.
  • You want to hand over every decision. Your team stays in control of every price and every reply.

Questions

What does it cost?
The workflow audit is free. If it makes sense to go further, the next step is a Shop Map. It is paid, and it is credited in full toward the build. The build is quoted after the audit, so you see the price before anything is built.
Do I need new software?
Front Desk is built on the phone, email and job tools you already use, so you are not asked to replace them.
Who owns it?
You do. You keep the accounts, the data and control. Your team stays in control of every price and every reply.
Where do you work?
In person in Western Pennsylvania, in Pittsburgh and Erie. Everywhere else, we work remotely.
What happens on the audit call?
The call is free and takes 30 minutes. It covers one workflow, and here that workflow is your calls. We look at how calls reach you today, during the day and after hours, and where they get lost. You get one page back showing where they slip. No obligation.

“I trusted Three Rivers AI with my first project as a new hire at my current position. Risky? Maybe, but they exceeded all of my expectations and did an unbelievable job in creating our software. I plan to do a lot more work with Ethan and his team. They made me look like a hero!”
