Reports, the workflow audit, and proposals

Some reports we share, such as website teardowns and readiness reports, are written with the help of automated tools. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are meant to help you explore whether we are a fit, not to provide guaranteed results. For anything that matters, talk to us directly.

The workflow audit is a free call about one workflow in your business. The summary you get afterward is general information based on what you tell us. It is not a quote or an offer.

If we send you a link to a proposal, the page shows the proposal we prepared for your business, and you can download it as a PDF. Each link stops working on its expiry date, and we can turn it off sooner. Please share it only with people who are part of the decision. A proposal is not a signed agreement.

Project work is separate

These terms cover the website only. Any project we take on, such as a custom system wired into how a business already runs, is governed by a separate written agreement that defines scope, price, ownership, and timeline. Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding quote. A project begins only when we both agree to it in writing.
